It is operated by Tech Center, the authorized KOORUI retailer for Pakistan, and it exists for one reason: to be the place where you can buy a KOORUI monitor knowing exactly what you are getting, what it costs, whether it is in stock right now, and who will look after it for the next three years.
About KOORUI
KOORUI is the display brand of HKC, one of the world’s largest panel manufacturers, founded in 2021. Because HKC makes its own panels, KOORUI can put fast IPS, VA, Mini LED and QD-OLED technology into monitors at prices that undercut brands who buy their panels in. The range in Pakistan runs from the 24-inch E2411H at 120Hz to the 49-inch S4941XO QD-OLED, with esports models at 200, 240 and 320Hz in between.
What “official” changes for you
- Genuine stock. Every unit is imported for the Pakistani market through the official channel. No grey imports, no repacked returns.
- 36-month warranty, serviced in Pakistan. Repairs and replacements are handled here, with spare parts held in the country. Grey-market units typically carry 18 months through a Dubai importer, if anything.
- Live stock. Our stock counts come straight from the warehouse system every minute. If the site says in stock, the unit is on our shelf. If we ever get that wrong, you get a full refund the same working day or priority on the next unit plus a Rs 2,000 credit, your choice.
- Specs you can rely on. Port versions, refresh caps per input, VESA sizes, dimensions and console modes are listed for every model, checked against the units we sell.
- Delivery from our own warehouses. Karachi and Lahore orders are delivered free, usually the next working day. Everywhere else, courier in two to four working days.
Where we are
Warehouses in Karachi and Lahore, with Islamabad planned. We are an online store: there is no walk-in showroom yet, but you can talk to a real person on WhatsApp during business hours before you buy, and we are happy to send extra photos or check a spec on a physical unit.
