These terms apply to orders placed on koorui.com.pk, operated by Tech Center, the authorized KOORUI retailer for Pakistan (“we”, “us”).
Orders
- An order is confirmed when we receive your bank transfer or, for cash on delivery, the confirmation deposit. Until then the order is held and the unit is reserved for the hold period shown at checkout (24 hours for bank transfer, 2 hours for the COD deposit), after which it is cancelled automatically.
- Prices are in Pakistani rupees and include all charges except the delivery fee shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before dispatch and will offer you a full refund if you do not want to proceed at the corrected price.
- We may decline or cancel an order where fraud is suspected or where the delivery address cannot be served.
Stock guarantee
Stock shown on the site is read from our warehouse system. If a unit shown as in stock when you ordered cannot be supplied, you may choose a full refund the same working day, or to keep the order with priority on the next unit and a Rs 2,000 credit.
Delivery
Delivery estimates are working days and are estimates. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery; inspect the unit on arrival and report damage within 7 days.
Warranty and returns
Products carry the warranty described in the warranty terms. Change-of-mind returns are accepted only for unopened, sealed units within 7 days, less the delivery cost. Details are on the delivery and returns page.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Pakistani consumer protection law.
