Are these genuine KOORUI monitors?
Yes. KOORUI Pakistan is the official store, operated by Tech Center, the authorized KOORUI retailer for Pakistan. Every unit is imported for this market through the official channel and its serial number is registered for the 36-month warranty.
Why are your prices a little higher than some shops?
Resellers set their own prices and some run on thinner margins. Ours include the official warranty serviced in Pakistan, free delivery in Karachi and Lahore, a real stock guarantee and a spec sheet we have checked. If a shop quotes less, it is a fair choice; we are not trying to be the cheapest, we are trying to be the safest.
Is “in stock” real?
Yes. Stock is read from the warehouse system every minute and the site only sells units set aside for online orders. “Only 2 left” means two. If we ever fail to supply an in-stock order, you get a same-day refund or priority on the next unit plus a Rs 2,000 credit.
How fast is delivery?
Karachi: free, usually the next working day from our own warehouse. Lahore: free, 1 to 2 working days. Every other city: courier in 2 to 4 working days, Rs 999 for 24″ to 27″ monitors and Rs 1,999 for 32″ and larger. Orders are dispatched on the working day the payment or deposit arrives.
Why does cash on delivery need a deposit?
A monitor is a large, high-value parcel and fake COD orders are common in Pakistan. The Rs 2,000 deposit confirms the order is real so we can set a unit aside for you, and it comes off the balance you pay on delivery. COD is available on orders under Rs 100,000 and carries a Rs 499 handling fee.
Which monitor should I buy for a PS5 or Xbox?
Every product page has a “Consoles & ports” table showing the best mode the console can run on that monitor over HDMI, and whether VRR works. In short: any 120Hz-plus model gives you 1080p or 1440p at 120Hz; true 4K at 120Hz needs an HDMI 2.1 model such as the G2741L or S2741LM. The guides go into detail.
HDMI 2.0 or HDMI 2.1, does it matter?
For a PC on DisplayPort, no. For consoles it decides the ceiling: HDMI 2.0 tops out at 1440p at 120Hz, HDMI 2.1 is needed for 4K at 120Hz and for VRR on the PS5. We list the HDMI and DisplayPort versions on every model.
Does the warranty transfer if I sell the monitor?
The warranty follows the serial number, not the person. Whoever holds the unit and the invoice can claim within the 36 months.
Can I pick up in person?
Not yet; we are an online store with delivery from our Karachi and Lahore warehouses. Standard local delivery in both cities is free.
Do you price-match or offer installments?
We do not price-match and we do not offer installment plans at the moment. Card payments and bank installment plans are on the roadmap.
Do you sell to shops?
This store serves end customers. Dealers and bulk buyers should email sales@koorui.com.pk with the quantity and city.
